See out the year with us in Einsiedeln. A calm, indulgent and festive evening awaits you, leading gently into the new year. When you arrive, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine – from the cellars of Einsiedeln Abbey, of course – will already be waiting in your room so you can raise a glass to the good moments of the past year. How you spend the afternoon is entirely up to you: a few laps on the cross-country ski trail, a leisurely stroll of discovery through the wintry monastery village, or some time to unwind in our wellness area.In the evening, Restaurant St. Georg serves an Italian five-course gala dinner – fine, celebratory and naturally with a generous touch of Italianità. And the next morning you can ease into the new year without an alarm clock: our late-riser breakfast is served until 11.30 a.m.
